A: Our calling hours are from 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday and from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Saturday.
- Q: What are the preferred shipping methods?
A: We ship using U.P.S. That’s our preferred service unless specified other wise.

- Q: When I received my item it was damaged, What should I do?
A: We inspect every item before it shipped out to insure that you get the best-conditioned item and it matches the item’s description. Monroe Spring & Brake is NOT reliable for damages to an item during shipment. If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must open a claim with the shipping service. All items shipped have insruance for this reason.
- Q: Does this company ship internationally?
A: Sorry but we do not make any international shipments. We try to keep our price low and, in by doing that, we dont ship outside the United States.
